Thanking an open reach engineer

I wanted to pass on some feedback to the manager of the Openreach engineer who attended this morning. He was absolutely fantastic. It was a tricky issue to resolve but he was so positive and went above and beyond to find a solution to resolve our broadband issue even though it was time consuming for him. Was so grateful and so impressed. Thank you Duncan. You are an absolute credit to Openreach.

I did try that link but as you say it no longer works. Thank you though. Maybe someone from BT will reach out with a new link hopefully.

Hey @Kimj, whilst that page no longer is active, there are still ways you can get in touch with Openreach.

They're active on Facebook and X / Twitter though, so if you use either of these platforms you can leave feedback here.
