How can I stop very frequent BT calls re SMS messages

Alter your contact method preferences in your account?

Call BT and ask them to stop sending you messages?

Or do what I always do if I get really fed up, just block them on your phone. I had no option but to do that with an apparent BT retentions team operating out of Stevenage. Absolutely bombarded with attempts over several days to call me without them ever actually bothering to leave a message. No option but to block them permanently. Damned if I know why they couldn't be bothered to leave a message if they were so desperate to get me to cancel my move to Plusnet once I'd actually cancelled my contract. Weird if you ask me.

Once you request a change to your marketing preferences to stop the messages, which you can do using the online form from @Chris_S, you'll not need to block them. Calls and messages will stop.
