Saying thanks

Hello. Just wanted to pass on my thanks to a member of the BT team, Glyn, who was especially helpful whilst transferring my two mobile numbers from our old BT account to new EE ones.

It doesn't seem there's anyway to give praise directly (but lots of routes for complaints!) so hoping this can be passed on to them.

Notably, Glyn from the BT team was significantly more helpful than the online support I had from EE. Hopefully not a sign of things to come now we've had to switch.
