    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it depends.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was moved to Digital Voice (DV) about 20 months ago but that was at BT's insistence, so they supplied a Smart Hub 2 (SH2) free of charge.&amp;nbsp; I suspect that if you voluntarily recontract then they'll consider you instigated the change and so will charge for the SH2 delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are people on here who know more than I do when it comes to BT internal goings on.&amp;nbsp; I'm sure if you wait long enough someone will reply with a better answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Smart Hub Router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have to convert to a Full Fibre broadband contract later this year as it's available in my area, have been informed that renewing my Fibre 2 contract is not allowed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This means I will require a new Smart Hub 2, and have been informed there will be a £11.99 delivery cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also require this for digital voice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I notice on my old digital voice leaflet from last year that "Smart Hub 2 will be sent free of charge if required".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone confirm this charge is correct? Numerous people at BT today state it is correct, and new customers pay it also they tell me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, Nicola&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call BT Billing on 0330.1234.150 and negotiate a new contract including the Smarthub2 free of charge and free delivery.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check what other providers will offer you before calling BT and be prepared to move if they don't give you the deal you want.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Annoying though the £11.99 charge may be, if it's a lot of hassle to get a deal without this charge (and dealing with BT telephone agents is often a big hassle) then it might just be better to pay the charge. It's really not a lot of money.</description>
