live chat message button not working anymore

hello i am using Microsoft Edge internet Brower windows 11 when i try and use live chat on the website the message button does not work any more it was fine before but the message box doesn't pop up anymore any ideas? thanks

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies ensuring you select all time

Have you tried using a different browser

hello the test didn't solve my issue it worked perfectly fine before the button just don't do any thing when i click it the one thing i do need it a much longer red Ethernet cable as its not long enough but still not resolved my issue thanks

Could you try accessing the chat link on a different device or browser please? I've tested through Microsoft Edge and the 'message us' option is working OK.

If it still isn't working for you, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team through an alternative method.
