    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new Amazon Kindle.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately when I try to connect to my WiFi and then enter the WiFi password, I get an error message stating "could not load the requested resource - Error code 105".&amp;nbsp; The URL address is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;http:blockpage.bt.com/pcstaticpage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how I can resolve this please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure when you are connecting to your BT Hub you are using the BTHub's SSid (name) and wireless password/passkey found on the hub's label, and not the Admin Password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the Kindle:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From the home screen, swipe down to open the&amp;nbsp;Quick Actions&amp;nbsp;or select the&amp;nbsp;Menu&amp;nbsp;icon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;All Settings&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;Settings, then&amp;nbsp;Wi-Fi &amp;amp; Bluetooth&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;Wireless.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Wi-Fi Networks&amp;nbsp;and detected Wi-Fi networks appear.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your Wi-Fi network is configured to be hidden or broadcast is deactivated, it won't be displayed in the list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tap on desired Wi-Fi network or select&amp;nbsp;Other&amp;nbsp;to add it manually (for a hidden network).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Enter the name of your network if applicable and then your Wi-Fi password or network key.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Connect.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for your message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can confirm that I am using the BT Hub Wireless code and Wireless password as found on the hub's label.&amp;nbsp; The kindle works fine at my daughter's house when I connect to her WiFi (she is with Sky).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is definitely something to do with the WiFi at my home address, but I just don't know how to resolve it. The fact that the error code has the URL address "&lt;A href="http://blockpage.bt.com/pcstaticpage" target="_blank"&gt;http://blockpage.bt.com/pcstaticpage&lt;/A&gt;" would indicate that it is a problem that BT need to resolve?&amp;nbsp; However, I might be completely wrong!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/security/all-about-parental-controls" target="_blank"&gt;parental controls page&lt;/A&gt; has information for how to disable entirely or allow websites etc to see if this resolves it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are other apps such as the Kindle store getting a network connection on your home WiFi?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
