    <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, it’s more like an error in the error message.&amp;nbsp; LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That error message is unusually detailed by today’s standards. Nowadays systems don’t give a lot away in error messages to ordinary users, as it can give too much information to the bad guys trying to break in.&amp;nbsp; Hence you just get the “Oops, something went wrong” nonsense.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Has a new way of ignoring feedback</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The website asks for feedback. You give it and when you hit submit, it returns a red box saying:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;"Authentication ticket mismatched, failed authentication.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;A class="" href="https://community.bt.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Return to my original page"&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;This must be a variation on their usual "Something went wrong. Please try again later." message when you try to update your profile on your account page after which it asks you to log in when you already have.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
