You give it and when you hit submit, it returns a red box saying:-</P><DIV class="">"Authentication ticket mismatched, failed authentication.</DIV><DIV class=""><A class="" href="https://community.bt.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Return to my original page"</A></DIV><DIV class="">This must be a variation on their usual "Something went wrong.
