&lt;P&gt;When calling 150 I would recommend selecting option 2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will then take you to the automated menu and you can then select the department you want to speak with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If no fault is found using the BT website or text service speaking with technical care will be the best option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It now seems nigh on impossible to speak to an actual real person at BT to report a fault unless that is of course you are thinking about leaving, then they’ll throw offers galore at you. Try calling the 150, number now all you’ll get is a text then the call is ended. The text will ask you the issue with options to reply to and surprise surprise a bot will either run a test or tell you to go to their web site for online answers where you’ll communicate with another bot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;customer service, non existent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
