BT.com complaints form not working

I just tried raising a complaint to BT, using the online form.

Unbelievably (or maybe not), I get this error when submitting the form:

Sorry, something went wrong

We were unable to save your changes at this time. Please try again

Does this happen often? How many times should I "try again", or should I leave it until tomorrow?

Alternatively, maybe I should complain about the complaints process 😉.

Have you been able to try the link again today?

If you are still seeing the same, can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try another browser?

Hi - and thanks for posting. I've not tried submitting the complaint today.

The complaint relates to significant problems my family and I are having with email address import / gifting. I had a webchat with a CS agent today on the gifting topic, and we need to try one of the agent's suggestions.

If that doesn't work, I'll try the complaint again.
