Does Live Chat still exist?

I used to use this page:-

https://www.bt.com/help/home/contactus/public/echat/

- but now, pressing on any of the 'Chat now' buttons, just takes you to this weird URL:-

https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt?type=r&webreason=12345&num=ff7d

(which is just the bog standard Contact Us page).

Is my IT up the spout or have BT actually removed this feature? (If so, WHY?! There isn't even an email address now, and I always hate ringing customer services in any organisation!) Not happy! 😡

Hello... it worked for me on SUNDAY using this URL and select 'Message Us'...

For BROADBAND TechSupport:

Check you don't have any ad filtering or non-standard cookie protection or blockers active within your browsers of choice on the page that could stop the chat button from appearing.
