It is 100% a scam email, BT wouldn't send you emails from a TalkTalk domain.

Delete it and don't click any links contained within, if you could edit your post as well that would help, the link contained goes to a Google docs page, someone might accidently click it and who knows what's in it.

I did suspect it was a phishing email and I have deleted it and did not click the link. I will edit my original post, thank you.

I’ve tried to edit my post but can’t see an Edit tab to do that.
