After ten plus miserable days on the phome to BT last night I stumbled upon a brilliant individual who simply said "I know what the problem is" and solved it in less than half an hour. Yesterday I was on the phone for over three hours and that has not been unusual and this guy just sorts it out for me. I cannot praise him enough but can only find facilities to complain.
