Compliment a BT online agent

I just had a very good experience with one of your online agents (name is Arko). They were very helpful with all my issues that I raised and they were constantly polite and friendly.

They mentioned that it was their birthday today and that I was a very pleasant customer to deal with and that I was their last customer.

I would love someone to pass onto Arko that their customer service was spot on and it was a pleasure. Also to mention happy birthday!
