Hi,

we’ve just moved in and I’m trying to set broadband up with EE. My orders keep getting cancelled as apparently the previous owners have but a cease on the line. EE have requested a second line but that has been declined.

I’m getting really annoyed as I need wifi for work and we can’t even do anything on our phones as it’s a poor mobile signal area. I have two young kids going nuts from boredom as we can’t even put Spotify on for music.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

This BT Retail forum has nothing to do with Openreach, who are a separate company.

https://www.openreach.com/about

EE have the same access to Openreach as any other provider that use the Openreach network.

You would have to wait until complete the cease, which could take up to 10 days.

EE should have told you that.
