Hi. We had our FTTH broadband installed today via Sky and Openreach. However we aren’t up and running due to the man not being able to get the wire all the way down the duct. So everything is now done indoors, we just simply aren’t connected. I was told that someone would need to come out and clear the duct so we can be connected. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for someone to come out and do this from Openreach? We’ve already been without internet for 6 weeks following our house move due to demand in the area.
