&lt;P&gt;Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The cables belong to Openreach and is nothing to do with BT Retail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And yes, Openreach are allowed to run "Flying Wires"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With many Alternative Networks chosing to use Openreach poles to make their own construction costs minimal, there are plenty of overhead ‘wires’ that don’t belong to Openreach either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
