    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure it was a pole for openreach use? Where I live in Devon we have other Fibre suppliers putting up poles all over the place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So a telegraph pole has been replaced outside of my drive, which is now a 50cm over my drive and over my dropped kerb. Why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You would need to contact Openreach about that, as this is a BT Retail customer forum and has &lt;STRONG&gt;nothing&lt;/STRONG&gt; to do with Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes definitely open reach. They have replied with a letter admitting that they have moved the pole by 50cm over my drive way further than before. Also ( in short ) stated they can do what they want on highway land, so I can either pay for the pole to be moved or take legal action.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
