Account verification email

Just a quick question for whoever can answer it.

Twice now a friend of mine has tried to register an account on here and the verification email has not turned up, even though it has been sent several times. I can’t see any obvious problem apart from the fact that he uses a web mail service called mail.com. Anyone know what’s stopping the verification email?

Hi, @StuartHK their email spam filter is likely blocking emails from the community. If possible can you get them to add no-reply@community-mail.bt.com to their safe senders list if their email provider has this facility?

@StuartHK no problem, if adding the email to the safe sender's list doesn't work I can verify the username.
