Quick question. New to this forum but not sure how to report fact that cable clips holding our cable from telegraph pole to house have obviously come loose or broken in high wind whilst we’ve been away. Looked through MYBT but none of the ones seem to have any relation to issue. Both broadband and landline working so not urgent.
