Why cant I access maxdps.pro yet on a VPN I can and also from a mates house on Sky

I did have it on yes, turned it off and still can not access it. It may take some time to kick in.

I agree but it should not be blocked by BT

Its also shown to carry malware by other checking sites. The domain is a redirect from a Russian domain. Do a Google search.

I would imagine its being blocked at BT at source, nothing to do with web protect.
