can somebody email the link to start eh process for BT to get the BT poles removed from my property, i only ask this as i asks for a wayleave witch they've ignored

This has nothing to do with BT Retail, you would need to contact Openreach.

BT don't have any poles on your property, so if you approached BT that may be why you had no response.
