Recommend an agent

Good afternoon to all in the lounge,

I am aware this question is periodically repeated, and it is a god sign, but I would be grateful if I could get the help of a moderator regarding recommending a member of staff for outstanding customer services.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

The moderators are unable to help at present as they are busy.

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.
