We are unable to order broadband.

We are at this address for 14months, we had broadband with Now untill a month ago when it finished. We tried ordering with both Sky, OneStream and TalkTalk. All orders got rejected.

Message for request rejection from Onestream:

Cancelled by supplier: the working line takeover request has been cancelled by the gaining current provider

Thats what we got from One Stream. We are not paying anyone for broadband atm.

We are stuck with no broadband at an address that had broadband until july. How is this possible?

Sky ,Onestream and Talk Talk have absolutely nothing to do with BT , so why are you posting about your problems with them here ?, BT have no involvement in your failed orders with those companies.

The company that you placed your order with would be the obvious place , if your order was cancelled and the the company you raised your order with can’t explain why their order was cancelled ( that doesn’t sound vey professional of them ) do they expect you to find out the reason for the cancellation yourself ?

As you are not a BT customer ( or potential BT customer ) this BT Customer forum isn’t the appropriate place for questions about other competitor companies ,
