Good afternoon, I am having terrible trouble, trying to log in to

"My BT", normally it is fine as I have my information saved on my

PC, today I am trying to find out why one of the mobile phones is

not connecting to any hotspots when away from home, I can't get

into either BT, or EE, several times my log in window, is frozen for

20 minutes, because of too many wrong attempts to get in.

Now I appreciate that this is a good thing, but when I tell the system

that I forgot my log-in details, which I haven't, I get asked to provide

a new password, which I do, I am sent a code to my mobile to allow me

to do so, after I am done, I still can't get in, then I get a message telling

me that my log-in has been changed and if it wasn't me, to go and change

the password, I assume, by the same place that gave me access, I still cannot

get in, there are several sign ins to the same area and the BT Computer is now

having a laugh at my attempts to get!!!!!

Is there any way, that all of these can be either deleted or amalgamated and give

me the option of choosing a password, when I have made new passwords, I am told

that I am using one of the last 5 passwords that I have used, I haven't tried to change

my password for years until today.

Thank you for reading this, when you stop laughing, can you please help me.

Mike.

BTWifi has been changed to EEWifi.

Your post is not very clear if it is your MYBT that you can not get logged onto or to EEWifi hotspots or both.

The BTWifi app does not work and has been withdrawn.

To log onto EEWifi you need to log on using a web browser using your BTID and Password. You need to select the EEWifi hotspot in your mobile's wifi settings and when you do that it should open the EEWifi sign on page in your web browser.

If it is your MyBT that you can not get logged are you using a shortcut to access it, if so try using the MyBT button in the menu bar at the top of this page.

If you still can not get in try clearing the history and cookies from your web browser and if that does not work try a different browser.
