MY broadband and phone have been moved from BT to EE on the 23 July 2025

I can find no mention of the Norton virus protect software being still free after the move to EE.

At the moment it is still working on my computer and laptop but it says I’m not signed in.

On the EE website it says Full Works Fibre 67 and included in the plan is EE Cyber Security.

When I click on Manage it takes me to my.norton.com but when there it says no subscription available. Slightly confused and will probably leave things working as they are at present.

Regards

Geoff

No "free" Norton on EE.

Their equivalent product is called cyber protect and is roughly around £5 a month.

What is the EE Cyber Security then, it’s included in my plan and I have not been charged the £5 a month.

Cyber protect/ security are just another name for Norton.

It's not usually free but available as a paid for add on.

Double check you are getting it free and not a free trial
