    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good luck, despite you thinking so it's not as simple as clicking your fingers &amp;amp; things will start working, there's obviously issues which need to be resolved. I'd also suggest editing your post to remove your personal details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FWIW, I'd give BT a call &amp;amp; be polite instead of just demanding a connection tomorrow &amp;amp; request some form of 4g connection in the meantime &amp;amp; what rights do you have to 3 months of free bills due to an issue? You'll get the automatic compensation for delayed connection/missed engineer visits, there's absolutely no need to be demanding 3 months refund too&lt;/P&gt;</description>
