    <description>&lt;P&gt;You have said in your title "Home Hub 2".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this the BT hub that you are presently using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is and assuming you were on ADSL Broadband&amp;nbsp; and using a Homehub 2 and you have upgraded to VDSL Fibre broadband, hence the reason you were sent a Smarthub 2, the Homehub 2 will not work on a VDSL connection and you will need to use the Smarthub 2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've just upgraded my broadband and I'm set to get a new hub.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to use this new hub, as I have no problems with my old one. I'm not good with computers and all that, and I would rather stay with the old hub if I can.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It most likely due to the changeover to BT Digital Voice, which needs the latest Smart Hub 2.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not use your phone service, then you can carry on using your existing router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply.&amp;nbsp; I do use my landline, but very seldom. Don't think that this digital voice thing will affect me much. So, I will carry on with my old hub unless it stops working. Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
