Wifi Disc over Power Plug Extender

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me. I have a Wifi Disc in my garage that has previously been working extended through eternet through the power line adaptors. I have recently had to reboot my router, pair all my WiFi Discs again, however when I try to use the Powerline Adaptor its not working.

I have checked the signal with a laptop, it works fine, and have both adaptors plugged into mains, not power extenders which I am aware can sometimes cause problems.

The WiFi Disc works plugged directly into the Router, however it does not work over the Powerline Adaptors.

Does anyone have any idea of what may be the problem?

What colour disc is it?

They are black, ive got 5, same thing on all of them, purple light then flashing red. Direct into the router its purple light then solid blue

There was a recent firmware update to the BT Smart Hub 2 which may be related.

You could try a factory reset of the Smart Hub 2, to see if it helps.

Thats what I had to do, the Hub wouldnt pair any discs so I did a complete reset and paired everything again
