We have signed up to Hub2 and disc (halo3) in the hope it will improve broadband around the house - so far it is worse. When using the BT app to check the wifi speed on the hub or the disc they both come back poor even when you are standing right next to them - is that right? - are we doing something wrong - BT help line says the disc should be next to the hub as the hub does not broadcast the wifi the disc does- is that correct? So far very frustrating
