I have a Halo 3+ set up and up until a few weeks ago the Hybrid Connect units was working fine and it always kicked in when the normal broadband dropped - so very happy with that. However not the signal bars just flash red all the time showing a no signal. I have tried everything that BT advises from reset to moving it around the house - but no joy.

When I check the signal strength with the MyBt app on my phone it says full strength - and so it should as I can see the EE mast from the window that the unit is sat beside.

Nothing seems to solve the issue - is it just a case of calling BT and asking for a replacement unit or am I missing a trick?

Rob

Call BT. They will go through some diagnostic steps with you, and advise.
