Hello can anyone in the mod team help I’m getting lag spikes and disconnects in call of duty warzone and other games.

I’m the only one using the internet so nobody is interfering with the connection I’m on FTTP 900 download 110 upload.

Im connected by Ethernet cable not Wi-Fi to an top range gaming pc straight from the hub 2 also on ping plotter all the hops have a red bar on them but is saying no packet loss there.

Also on a bufferbloat test I get all good results except for the gaming/streaming test which says there’s interference’ can anyone help I’ve a two year contact left and basically should of gone with zen ?.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you've been experiencing issues with your connection when gaming.

To get a better understanding of what is happening, please could you post the ping plotter?
