Hi.

I've moved-in to a new build property where the ONT and media plates are located in the garage, with each room having a connection point. In short; what do I do to connect a device by wire in each room, please?

just connect the ONT by ethernet to WAN port on router. then connect ethernet from remaining router ports to the plate in the garage - each connection will be to a different outlet. you may need to buy and a 4/6 port switch to give you more ethernet connections then connect devices by ethernet from outlets in each room to your devices
