      <description>&lt;P&gt;ever since i got bt fibre broadband in nothing but terrible experience, firstly online gaming is literally unplayable high latency high packet loss keep been disconnected from the internet, ive contacted then on many occasions telling these problems nothing has been resolved, i asked for it to be put in my room so connect via ethanet cable and they said they can not do for some bizarre reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;im paying lot money every month for product that simply is terrible not even half decent, anyone else had this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
