Hi, help needed

For the last three to four weeks ,I am experiencing delay when playing Fifa 22 on the xbox series x

There is a delay when trying to pass, shoot or just control the ball my player seem like they are stuck in mud

I am running on a 1gb connection with a 100mb upload speed. When playing I get between 8 to 14ms connection.

I have opened the required ports and have a static IP.

Does anyone know what else I can do to fix these issues , is there an issue with the hub?

Any help would be appreciated

How is your Xbox connected to the hub because I have a 130mbps FTTC connection and my online gaming is rock solid. I have a PS5 connected by Ethernet and Smart Set-up and parental controls are off.

Xbox is connected via either cat 6 or cat 7 Ethernet cable (tried both)

I have also tried changing the dns , but haven’t seen any improvements with that either

the router is a smart hub 2 , so according to other posts the smart setup has been removed in the last firmware update and parental controls are disabled
