    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/303820"&gt;@Muppet72&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;welcome to the community and thanks for posting, some devices find it hard connecting to dual-band wifi routers when they both broadcast the same SSID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/how-do-i-turn-wi-fi-on-and-off-on-the-bt-hub-" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;turning off the 5Ghz wifi channel&lt;/A&gt; in your hub settings, connect your cameras to the Smart Hub 2 then go back into the settings and turn on the 5Ghz wifi again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Sricam not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have recently moved to BT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since moving over, I'm unable to set up my cameras using WiFi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Comes up with the message unable to connect network busy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They're Sricam. Can connect using Ethernet cable but some of them are nowhere near the hub so that's not an option for all of them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have read through earlier posts regarding similar problem but it's gone straight over my head understanding it all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a bt smart hub 2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
