I have bt halo 3 what would be included

I have noticed my pc isn’t taking full advantage of my internet speed if I was too book a visit from bt would I be charged to have the box that comes into the house moved to the second floor so the home hub would be directly in my bedroom and I can link directly to the router rather then use a booster

Moving the openreach ONT is not included with halo and would be a charge by openreach

roughly how much would this Cost as I read I’d need a engineer out to check

the room is directly above and the wire comes along side the house near the window upstairs then drops down so hopefully wouldn’t cost a fortune to get it relocated

An ONT move is around £98 as a one-off charge.
