      <title>Texecom Smartcom and BT Hub 2 router firewall issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wondering if anyone can help at all - we have just installed a security system with a Texecom Smartcom cloud module, connected to the BT Hub 2 via wifi to work with the Texecom app. However with the default BT firewall switched on I can't get any connection to Texecom via my phone, disabling the firewall works but requires a reset on the alarm system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I understand that there may be some port addresses that needs configuring on the broadband setup, but not sure how to go about doing this, can anyone help at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
