    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having investigated this further, it seems to be caused by an IP camera. If I depower the camera the issue stops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked that DHCP is turned off on the camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as I am aware this is not causing any problems on my network, but I am interested as to why this is happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I ask if this is a know issue?
