HH6 5GHz very slow but 2GHz fine

I've recently noticed a problem with my 5GHz Wi-Fi connection so did a speed test to check.

5GHz

Download - 13.1 Upload - 13.0

Ping 973 Jitter Low 32 High 2506 on Download

Ping 444 Jitter Low 34 High 1202 on Upload

2GHz

Download - 70 Upload - 18.7

Ping 123 Jitter Low 55 High 237 - Download

Ping 265 Jitter Low 83 High 1338 - Upload

Clearly something wrong using the 5GHz network. Can anyone help sort this as I've never had an issue before?

Have you tried restarting hub to we if that helps?

Have you tried changing the wireless channel best using WiFi analyser to find best available channel

Remember that the 5ghz network is faster but does not cover same distance from hub as the 2.4ghz

I haven't restarted the router as yet. In fact having looked at the last reboot of just over a day I'm wondering if that's where the issue started. The 5GHz network has been fine for years.

Haven't tried WiFi Analyser but will do so.
