They have finally said they can indeed install fibre but no idea when this will be. Due to complete incompetence I have seen so far I highly doubt it will ever happen. The first 2 were the wrong type. The 3rd worked for a week until it stopped connecting. The 4th has stopped working today after about 2 weeks.</P><P>Nobody at BT seem to know what the issue is. 4G still works in my area as I can still use the data on my mobile.</P><P>Anyone have similar issues before?
