BT Mini hub not working

I was sent a ln EE mini hub to get online while waiting for my broadband set up. It worked fine for the first 3-4 days but yesterday and today it isnt working.

I've tried:

-turning it off and on again by pressing the button on the side.

- resetting it by taking the panel on the back off and pressing the part marked R

- moving it to different spots around the house, even though it was fine for the first few days.

Each time I turn it off and on again or reset it, it pics up signal for about a minute, before cutting out again.

Tried calling BT and they're to busy to take calls apparently

are BT and openreach not on strike again today hence problem getting CS
