      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got such an SMS:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT here. Just an update on your order. We need to carry out some additional work to get you connected. We are working hard to fix this but it may take a few weeks. We are sorry for the delay. You do not need to do anything and we will be in touch once it is complete. We have prepared some information on the next steps. You can see this here care.bt.com/next_steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does that mean I will wait a few weeks for installation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please contact me by e-mail, I cannot call you because I am deaf&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no e-mail address, you will just need to wait for an update from BT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Installation is done by Openreach, and they do not deal with the public.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
