      <description>&lt;P&gt;My aim - &amp;nbsp;to check the current version of Filmware on BT Smart Hub 2. &amp;nbsp;I followed the guidelines to select App settings I entered ADMIN password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message returned - &amp;nbsp; Set up finished, your hub is working but isn't connected to the internet, this could be because your broadband service has not started yet. &amp;nbsp; please check your activation date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been successfully using this service for a couple of months - &amp;nbsp; Any advice/suggestions welcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
