      <title>Smart hub 2  and NoIP DDNS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp; a BT&amp;nbsp; Smart Hub 2&amp;nbsp; and want to use&amp;nbsp; NoIP DDNS .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set up a NoIP account with a password alpha numeric , lower&amp;nbsp; case&amp;nbsp; no special characters .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set up NoIP in the DDNS page&amp;nbsp; on my Smart Hub 2&amp;nbsp; , double checking that all the details are&amp;nbsp; correct but it still shows an Error&amp;nbsp; ..... " Host Name Not Recognised "&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; its a ddns.net&amp;nbsp; host name so should work&amp;nbsp; but it doesnt .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried phoning BT but they didnt have a clue what I was talking about !!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone on here who can help me solve the problem please .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No need for the exclamation mark, 'it' could have been anything. You need to be precise.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you select 'Dynamic DNS as 'On' and then 'Save' before trying to configure the service?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It works just fine for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those&amp;nbsp; are the&amp;nbsp; settings&amp;nbsp; I am using&amp;nbsp; ( apart from first part being different of course ) ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the Hub still shows an error " Host name not recognised "&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a factory reset of the hub and start again. Press the recessed button at the rear with a paperclip for about 20 seconds until the lights flash.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
