Since having our BT broadband installed last month my desktop and laptop computer are &nbsp;unable to stream YouTube or any media type video the picture is frozen / jitters and only hear sound , whereas my 2 phones and iPad have no issues ? . The desk top keeps dropping out of the network and tells me "network changes detected " then reloads over and over .
