Full fibre 900 ASUS RT-AX88U lost internet once a day

Hi,

I got an ASUS RT - AX88U router with full fibre 900. but it loses internet every day. probably once a day. then I reboot the router it back to normal.

does anyone have the same issue?

I check the log while it lost connection. " cannot get ip address for ext interface"

"pppd 1909" timeout waiting for PADO packets"

"serial link appears to be disconnection"

"modem hangup"

"cannot get ethtool link information with glinksettings" (this one shown the day after I switched off internet detection)

Current settings are:
WAN Connection Type: PPPoE
WAN: Yes
NAT: Yes
UPnP: Yes
Secure UPnP: Yes

Get WAN IP Auto: Yes

Account: bthomehub@btbroadband.com
Password: BT
MTU: 1492
MRU: 1492
Internet detection: PPP Echo
Interval: 6
Max failures: 10

Hi, It was the issue of router. Just contact with the store where purchased to exchange another one.

What issue with the router???? I have having the same problem. If the router has a fault I need to know.
