    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, i just moved into a new place. I ordered a BT smart hub which came today and tried to install it. I noticed the Openreach modem in the flat is missing a power cable, here's the setup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_1109.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/78601iBEEB7C47C96E0100/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_1109.jpg" alt="IMG_1109.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I'm wondering if a BT engineer needs to come round to do something here, or if the landlord has just taken a power cable with them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some idiot has taken the power lead with them, you need to report the fault to customer services&amp;nbsp; 0800 800150.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No idea why anybody would do that, but there was another post a few days ago where the same thing had happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
