Halo 3+ very disappointed

I recently took advantage of an upgrade offer to Halo 3+ for a good deal (I thought) however I am very disillusioned by the whole set up.

The WiFi disc sets up and lights up as it should but my Galaxy S21 works on WiFi for an hour or so then it just stops and I have to turn off wifi on it to log back on again, my Mac Book Air does the same.

The router has never given a problem, I have stopped using the WiFi disc as it's of no advantage what so ever.

As for the Hybrid Connect box no where in my house do I get any more than one bar 4g signal, and the strength is showing -118dBm which is going to be pretty useless if the Fibre connection goes down.

Also the blue light on the box is quite often flashing stating it's connecting to the hub, interesting as it's wired!

I just want to send the whole sorry bundle back it's obviously a total waste of space and power, the only plus point is the fibre 900 I get, though that speed isn't actually giving much extra either as most tech is on Wifi.
