I have a NETGEAR 5 Port Gigabit Network Switch GS105, Ethernet Switch, Ethernet Splitter

I have just received a new BT smarthub 2 as my old one became faulty.

All my Sky Q boxes have previously been hard wired to the BT Smarthub 2 (1 x main sky q box and 2 x Sky Q Mini boxes), However since receiving my new BT Smarthub 2, I think all my Sky Q boxes are now using my wi-fi instead of using the ethernet cable connections. I have plugged all ethernet cables from the Netgear Switch into the new BT Smarthub but BT have said they are not seeing any ethernet connections only wi-fi. Please can anyone help me?

the SKY q box and minis cannot use your wifi unless you have setup wifi connections in the SKY boxes as the hub wifi password is required before any connection
