Our Ring doorbell stopped show video this morning. Ring says it's BT issue as they've had a lot of calls and all have BT routers. My neighbours are also having Ring and other issues with BT routers. Been on hold ringing BT for over 40 minutes. Anyone have a similar issue.

Mine gone off too, looks like its all connected to a big Backbone routing issue BT are having, between traffic going between the USA and UK.

Amazon devices are offline too, and quite a few websites.

Needs fixing asap

Very strange my brother in law just called me saying his ring devices are offline so is his Alexa. I'm with bt as well altho I don't use the bt router and my ring and Alexa are working fine, so is it a problem with the smart hub do you think
